Pricing questions
What happens when the three-month pilot ends?
Your account moves to Lite unless the pilot is extended or you actively choose a paid plan. RefRight does not automatically charge you.
Can I purchase a paid plan now?
Not yet. Billing remains disabled during the free pilot. These prices are published so researchers and institutions can plan ahead; purchase terms will be shown before billing opens.
How does institutional pricing work?
The starting institutional plan covers up to 250 registered researchers. Larger departments, multi-campus organizations and site licences receive a tailored quotation based on expected adoption and support requirements.
Are regional prices available?
Yes. RefRight uses USD as its international reference price and may offer supported local-currency pricing based on region, tax and payment availability.
When does the pilot start?
Everyone shares the same start and end dates based on the Microsoft Marketplace launch date. Signing up early does not start an individual countdown.
