When reporting a problem
Tell us whether you use Word desktop or Word on the web, your Word/browser version, the selected journal profile, and the steps that caused the problem. Do not email passwords, verification codes, or confidential manuscript content. Review diagnostics and screenshots for sensitive information before sharing them.

JournalRight uses the shared RefRight account service. You can scan without signing in. JournalRight verification emails are sent from support@refright.app. For password help, use JournalRight password reset.
